Her approach is collaborative and tailored, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centred therapy.
Archna holds a PhD in Psychology from Deakin University, where her research explored intimate partner violence in young adults and the impact of early life experiences. She also has qualifications in information technology and business, which supports her thoughtful, practical approach to therapy. Archna’s focus is helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident moving forward.
