Dr Archna is a warm and compassionate psychologist who supports people to navigate life’s challenges and move towards a more balanced, meaningful life. She offers a calm, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported—whether you’re dealing with everyday stress, relationship difficulties, or longer-standing emotional concerns.
Archna works with adolescents (12+), adults, and older adults. She commonly supports people experiencing anxiety, low mood, panic, OCD, eating and body-image concerns, personality and emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges.
Archna values working in a culturally responsive way and understands how culture, identity, family, and life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and the world. She speaks Hindi and welcomes clients who feel more comfortable bringing their language and cultural context into therapy.
Her approach is collaborative and tailored, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness-based approaches, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centred therapy.
Archna holds a PhD in Psychology from Deakin University, where her research explored intimate partner violence in young adults and the impact of early life experiences. She also has qualifications in information technology and business, which supports her thoughtful, practical approach to therapy. Archna’s focus is helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident moving forward.

In addition to her clinical work, Isabella is a Board Approved Supervisor with a special interest in guiding early-career psychologists in developing neuroaffirming and evidence-based assessment practices.
Please note: Isabella is currently available for assessments only.
Fun fact: When she’s not writing reports, Isabella can be found crocheting, watching anime, or hanging out with her fluffy ragdoll cats.
